Proposed waterfront resort, northwest Michigan. The plan features a large lakeview green fronted with small cottages and a community center.  A small cafe, park and shops are planned along the lake shore. The plan is currently in review by the local municipality. 2024

Proposed new village in Keego Harbor, MI.  The mixed-use center is planned to transform a county highway into a mixed-use walkable village.  The city has adapted GPG's proposed Form Based Code and approved the master plan.  2022

Proposed new village for Green Lake Twp., northwest Michigan. Planned as a phased retrofit of older shopping centers to serve as a center for the community.  Plan includes a library, cottages, 5 small shops and a town green.  Completed 2002.
