The plan has been fully implemented by a private real estate developer and includes: Restaurants, shops, pop-up sheds, a waterfront square and boutique inn. The village was Ernest Hemingway's summer home and inspiration for his Nick Adam's short stories.; 2012. Client: Steadfast Consulting & Investments.
